The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia provides a list of resources and tools to support businesses during and after the pandemic at the state level, as well as resources from the counties surrounding Philadelphia.

Building permits are required before beginning projects to enlarge, repair, change, add to or demolish a structure, and to install equipment or systems in a structure, including: new construction, upgrades to existing structures, changes in occupancy classification, and installation or modification of fire suppression or mechanical systems.
